How can I download?

I wish there was somebody to clear out my problem! There was no message to reply to, unless it is the message that was sent on the personal e-mail account, which I replied to and nothing has happened. The download button is still inactive!
Anyone smarter than me out there that is willing to give me a hand, because obviouslyIam doing somethig wrong?
